Breeze Interesting
I like the setting, very interesting. The... cloud? looks very cool. So is the bird.
I'd suggest working on the hair's flow. Right now you have it coming inwards, then going straight down, then kind of a odd curl to express it's way of floating. The hair would start floating mor towards the top and would twist and turn... very fluffy looking.
The eyes are a bit tilted in comparison to her head. If it helps, draw a line through the face horizontally and vertically to help place the eyes correctly.
Nice wrinkles in the clothes.
Good work so far. I really like it. More practice and you'll be even better.
